Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute carpet cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring all carpets are well-maintained and free from stains. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, adhering to established cleaning schedules and protocols. Maintain cleanliness in commercial spaces, ensuring all areas are sanitized and presentable for clients and visitors. Report any maintenance or repair needs to management promptly. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas. Requirements Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Proven experience in custodial or residential cleaning preferred Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial. Ability to operate cleaning equipment and use various cleaning supplies safely and effectively. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills to interact with clients professionally. Must be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
