Sanitation Worker Assignment Type:
Full-Time Shift:
Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM-2:00
PM Pay Range:
up to $18.10 per hour Position Summary We are seeking Sanitation Workers to perform cleaning and sanitation duties in a food‑manufacturing environment. This role supports food safety, equipment cleanliness, and compliance with GMP, FDA, and OSHA standards. Job Responsibilities Perform daily and weekly sanitation tasks as assigned. Clean and sanitize production equipment to prepare for the next product run. Blow off, wipe down, and sanitize machinery using approved chemicals. Follow all GMPs, FDA regulations, OSHA safety rules, and food‑safety guidelines. Properly use cleaning chemicals and understand safe handling requirements. Perform pressure washing, low‑pressure air cleaning, and water blasting. Maintain sanitation areas in a clean, organized condition. Report any unusual activity as part of Food Defense procedures. General facility cleaning (non‑sourced tasks): Sweeping Mopping Cleaning male and female restrooms Ensure sanitation is completed to company standards before production restarts. Physical Requirements Lifting, bending, stretching, stooping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion. Ability to use basic tools and pressure‑washing equipment.
