Custodian Maintenance

Overview In this role, you will adhere to all applicable safety policies, procedures, and regulations related to the safe operation and proper use of hand tools and power tools. Additional responsibilities include performing general cleaning and maintenance duties, maintaining organized and safe work areas, and assisting with the setup, preparation, and breakdown of PDC events and activities.

Hours:

8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Duties Sweep and mop. Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, doors, and sills. Clean glass areas. Replace lightbulbs Sets up and breaks down chairs, tables, and equipment in the meeting rooms, and functional rooms. Clear snow from entrances and walkways, and salt them down. Preforms ground keeping duties, clears debris and maintains grounds. Delivers supplies and materials to bathrooms and other areas of the building. Empty wastebaskets; picks up and moves trash and assist in recycling program. General cleaning and repair work. Complete other tasks requested by the Superintendent. Uses hand tools and other related power equipment. Including brooms, mops, floor cleaning and waxing machine, vacuum cleaners, snow blowers, shovels, power mower and hand tools. Occasional travel between Alternative Ed. Center and central office may be required.

Pay:

$48,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
