Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team as an independent contractor in the Bloomington, IL area. This is a part-time opportunity ideal for someone looking for flexible hours, independence, and consistent residential cleaning work. Be your own boss while partnering with a growing company that values reliability, communication, and quality work. Responsibilities Perform residential cleaning services including standard cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleaning Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and high-touch surfaces to company standards Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and maintain clean, welcoming home environments Work independently while maintaining professionalism and strong communication with clients and management Manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently while on-site Requirements Minimum of 2 years of professional cleaning experience (residential cleaning preferred) Must be based in or able to reliably commute to Bloomington, IL Must operate as an independent contractor (1099) Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently Reliable transportation required Must pass a standard background check Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment Liability insurance is not required to start, but contractors will be expected to obtain liability coverage after onboarding
