Help Manage and maintain a high profile commercial property in Central Illinois Learn to professionally maintain beautiful Grounds Become part of a high-performance culture with opportunity for advancement Learn light and Heavy Equipment Operations Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customer Essential Job Duties Provide basic grounds maintenance work such as but not limited to: porter services, sweeping, watering, dumping trash cans, landscape repairs, shrub pruning etc. Assist in landscaping installs Snow removal depending upon season Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers Maintain a professional appearance Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the department Qualifications Be presentable, clean-cut, and well spoken Possess a high degree of motivation and strong work ethic Have reliable transportation, with a valid drivers license Be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Dress Code We are a professional company and dress accordingly. We will provide shirts, hats, sweatshirts, and jackets.
