Maintains premises, restrooms, and working areas of the offices within the petroleum refinery and follows all safety protocols to ensure all office buildings are in a clean and orderly condition.

DUTIES & FUNCTIONS

Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. Responsible for floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets of all office areas and non-production employee lounge. Dusting and disinfect equipment, furniture, and/or fixtures, etc... Responsible for removing trash in office areas and non-production employee lounge. Clean and sanitize restrooms daily Cleaning of windows in conference rooms and management offices, etc... Stoking of supplies throughout the office. Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION
Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential Functions Valid Drivers License 8-hour safety course through 3 Rivers Course test completion with a score of 70% or higher completed through 3 rivers Basic knowledge of cleaning products, including chemicals, supplies and methods used in office cleaning Commitment to excellence and high standards Ability to manage priorities and workflow Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Good interpersonal skills Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
