Pay:
$20.00 per hour We're hiring for a commercial cleaning supervisor for the Illinois and Indiana area. We are a fast growing commercial cleaning company expanding throughout indiana, Wisconsin and Illinois. We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team. This position is responsible for leading teams, maintaining high cleaning standards, and supporting operations by assisting with cleaning when needed.
What You'll Do:
Lead and oversee cleaning staff across multiple locations Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery Train and support team members Step in to perform cleaning tasks when necessary Communicate with clients and management to ensure satisfaction
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm (Some weekends required)
Requirements:
Previous leadership/Supervisor experience Valid Drivers License Experience in commercial cleaning
