EXPERIENCED

cleaning person(s) to clean clubhouses and model homes in the Joliet, Romeoville, Crest Hill, Lockport and Plainfield area. Part-time hours in the evening. Must be authorized to work in the United States, speak and read English, have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors
• Clean and sanitize kitchen area
• Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal area
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals
• Notify management of any repairs needed

Skills:

• Knowledge of custodial and porter responsibilities
• Ability to clean and maintain various surfaces effectively
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices
• Understanding of facilities maintenance procedures
• Proficiency in commercial cleaning methods
