A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

What You'll Do Surface Care:
Dust, wipe down, and sanitize high-touch surfaces, desks, countertops, and glass partitions.
Floor Maintenance:
Sweep, mop, and vacuum all flooring areas (including entryways, hallways, and offices); operate commercial floor care equipment as needed.
Restroom Sanitization:
Clean, deeply sanitize, and restock commercial restrooms to ensure a hygienic environment.
Waste Management:
Empty all trash, recycling, and/or hazardous waste bins, replacing liners and safely transporting waste to designated facility dumpsters.
Common Areas:
Maintain public spaces, breakrooms, and lobbies, ensuring appliances, tables, and seating areas are spotless.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols, during your shift.
Detailing:
Perform deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled.
What We Are Looking For Experience:
Prior professional cleaning experience is required. References preferred.
Transportation:
Must have reliable transportation to get to the facility on time (and for potential on-site mobility).
Physical Ability:
Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs. comfortably (moving equipment, trash bins, supplies).
