Janitor - 2nd Shift Arch Effingham, IL, United States Job Description The position is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the facility including office areas, lunchroom, and restrooms. This position supports maintaining a clean and safe work environment for site employees, visitors, and vendors.

Monday through Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans. Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Responsibilities Sweeping and mopping all common area floor surfaces. Vacuuming all office areas. Dusting and sanitizing all surfaces including but not limited to countertops, tables, chairs, lockers, restrooms. Maintaining and replenishing all paper products, hand sanitizer units, and hand soap units. Empty trash receptacles throughout the lunchroom, training room, restrooms, and office areas. Maintaining all cleaning supplies. Carpet cleaning and floor waxing as needed. Running the floor scrubber on the tile floor.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

At least have one (1) year of janitorial experience. At least have one (1) experience using floor stripper/scrubber machine and carpet cleaning machine. At least have one (1) year experience with using a variety of cleaning chemicals. At least have one (1) year experience using various cleaning tools such as mops, brooms, and vacuums.
