Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Residential Window Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning the windows of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The position offers an opportunity to work outdoors, utilize climbing and ladder skills, and provide excellent customer service. This is a paid position with commissions based on performance. Responsibilities Clean residential windows thoroughly, ensuring streak-free and spotless results Safely operate ladders and other equipment necessary for reaching high or difficult areas Provide friendly and professional customer service to homeowners and clients Maintain safety protocols while working at heights or in various outdoor environments Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes Handle cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly, ensuring proper maintenance and storage Experience Prior experience in window cleaning or similar outdoor maintenance roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Ability to work safely with ladders and at heights is essential Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and work outdoors in different weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety guidelines consistently

Pay:

$20.00 - $40.00 per hour
