Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitation across various settings such as homes, offices, and commercial facilities Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards and safety regulations Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain floors, carpets, surfaces, and fixtures in excellent condition Conduct laundry services for residential or commercial clients as needed Handle heavy lifting safely during tasks such as moving furniture or large cleaning equipment Maintain cleanliness of outdoor work areas when required, including trash removal and outdoor surface cleaning Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleaning tasks within designated timeframes Follow proper manual handling techniques to prevent injury during cleaning activities Support housekeeping management by adhering to established routines and quality standards Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial or custodial roles with knowledge of cleaning procedures Strong understanding of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Familiarity with cleaning surfaces such as glass, wood, tile, and countertops Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively Knowledge of cleaning detergents, sanitation products, and their appropriate use Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members Experience with outdoor work environments is a plus Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, safe environments!
