Carpet Cleaning Technician

Job Description:

Wiz Team, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our field operations team. In this role, you will provide high-quality residential and commercial carpet cleaning services using industry-leading equipment and eco-friendly cleaning solutions. You will be responsible for traveling to client locations, assessing carpet conditions, applying appropriate cleaning methods, and ensuring exceptional results that meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Perform deep carpet cleaning using hot water extraction (steam cleaning), dry cleaning, and stain removal techniques Pre-inspect carpets and identify stains, wear, or damage before treatment Apply appropriate eco-friendly cleaning agents based on fiber type and condition Operate professional-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Move light furniture when necessary and prepare areas for cleaning Remove stains, odors, allergens, and bacteria from carpeted surfaces Provide upholstery spot-cleaning when required Communicate clearly with customers regarding services performed and care recommendations Maintain company equipment, tools, and cleaning supplies in good condition Follow all safety, environmental, and company quality standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work on your feet for extended periods Strong attention to detail and customer service skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Prior experience in cleaning, restoration, or janitorial services is a plus (training provided)

Pay:

$18.50 - $22.50 per hour
