Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Clean assembly floors, pallets, warehouse areas, and remove trash. Sweep and mop floors on a daily basis. Sort and properly dispose of recyclables. Restock restrooms, kitchens, and breakrooms with necessary supplies and paper products. Perform additional cleaning and housekeeping tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Complete all work assignments safely and efficiently, following company safety procedures. Must be able to lift over 30 lbs. when required. Forklift and equipment training will be provided as needed. Qualifications:
Ability to perform hands-on tasks and follow instructions in mechanically oriented environments. General knowledge of equipment used in building maintenance. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Capable of routine lifting; experience in carpentry, plumbing, or electrical repairs is a plus. Physical Requirements:
Must have full use of hands with the ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift (100% of the time) Ability to work under pressure and move throughout all areas of the facility Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying of materials and cleaning equipment
