Responsible Team with positive energy needed from daytime 8:00 am-2:00 pm, and after 5:30 pm evenings doing janitorial cleaning for exclusive office building in downtown Moline, Ill area. The main portion of the job is to do day time and evening janitorial for interior tenant suites and common areas. The balance of the daytime hours would be to do maintenance items as needed, additional general cleaning of interior/exterior walkways, sidewalks, landscaping, removing/dispose debris, trash, tree branches and cleaning dust/insects off exterior windows, kitchens, restrooms, light replacements and repairs as needed. Evening hours is janitorial cleaning for all office spaces, kitchens, trash removal, common walkways, restrooms and all areas not covered during the day cleaning. Also additional income potential can be added to do the building lawn mowing, snow removal, and parking ramp cleaning as additional work and pay. Supplies and equipment are included. Direct report to the Property Manager with daily report updates and/or completions with pictures. Need to climb ladders and lift 30-40 lbs. Must have own transportation. Government background checks mandatory. Ability to keep work related to the job as confidential. Pay for hourly and additional work is every 2 weeks. Respond with resume and references.
