Your proactive and energetic approach will ensure that the environment remains welcoming, functional, and well-maintained for staff, visitors, and clients alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving organization by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Ground clean-up including trash removal, leaf blowing, curb sweeping Building exterior cleaning including power washing of sidewalks, window washing and more Building interior cleaning including sweeping, mopping, restroom clean up and more Water landscaping Snow removal Replacing batteries in sensors, thermostats and more Interior, exterior light bulb replacement Previous maintenance experience is a plus. Qualifications Valid driver's license required Clean driving record Good communication skills Must have reliable transportation to travel to multiple locations. Mileage is reimbursed. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining a safe and clean environment Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift About Us Stellco Properties, LLC is an experienced investor and operator of commercial real estate throughout the Chicagoland area.
