Small company, work directly with the owner. Outdoor work, real tools, no office desk. Pay & hours

• $20+/hr
• 8-10 hours a day, 5 days a week
• Seasonal overtime may be available during busy stretches
• Through December, a couple weeks in January, then full-time March through November What you'll do
• Exterior window cleaning with water-fed pole systems
• Pressure washing / soft washing buildings, walks, and hard surfaces
• Christmas light hanging — mainly clipping lights to gutters and common areas
• Drag and set hoses, stage equipment, keep the job site clean and safe
• Most work is on the ground; some ladder work required How we work We use top-tier equipment (water-fed poles, pro pressure/soft-wash gear) so you're not fighting cheap tools all day. The gear is meant to make the job faster, cleaner, and easier on your body. Requirements
• Must speak English (job-site communication)
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable, on time, and ready to work outside
• Comfortable on ladders (most of the day is ground work)
