In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of a variety of residential and commercial spaces, ensuring they meet high standards of hygiene and presentation. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to creating safe, welcoming environments for clients, residents, and staff alike. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and take pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, apartments, offices, retail spaces, and other commercial properties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal. Execute specialized floor care procedures maintain pristine surfaces. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote a healthy environment; this includes disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during visits. Cleaning supplies are provided Follow safety guidelines and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or damage. Experience Prior cleaniing experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred, but will train the right candidate. Pay commensurate with experience. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques such as floor care, and sanitation practices is essential. Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor. Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and safety procedures related to work. Previous examples that demonstrate reliability and attention to detail. The chosen candidate must be willing to sign an employment contract. Candidates must have their own vehicle with current driver license and be willing to put a magnetic sign on the vehicle when at a clients location.
