Job Summary The Field Technician is responsible for performing exterior cleaning services including soft washing pressure washing gutter cleaning window cleaning and paver cleaning. This role requires physical stamina, customer service skills and the ability to follow detailed SOPs and safety procedures. Responsibilities Perform exterior cleaning services at residential and commercial properties
- Operate pressure washers soft wash systems ladders and related equipment safely
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Complete job checklists and take before and after photos
- Maintain a clean organized truck and equipment
- Follow all company SOPs and safety guidelines Requirements Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds
- Comfortable working on ladders
- Able to work outdoors in various weather
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable professional and coachable
