How Our Pay Works We use a performance-based pay model, which means your earnings are tied directly to your output — not a capped hourly rate. Cleaners who are efficient and reliable consistently earn $800

earn more as you become faster and more skilled Guaranteed $17/hr during your entire paid training period — no surprises Weekly direct deposit Mileage reimbursement for travel between job sites What You'll Do Clean and sanitize residential homes and commercial spaces to Golden Rule standards Dust, vacuum, mop, scrub bathrooms, and wipe down kitchens and surfaces Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistency and quality Communicate professionally with clients and team members Drive between job sites within the Springfield, IL area Requirements Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license Smartphone required (used for scheduling, checklists, and client communication) Ability to pass a background check (required before start) Physical stamina: ability to bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and remain active throughout your shift Strong attention to detail and a consistent, dependable work ethic No prior cleaning experience required — full paid training provided Benefits & Perks Earn $800
