What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

About Us We are a locally owned cleaning company serving the Waterloo, IL and surrounding area. We take pride in providing high-quality, reliable cleaning services and treating our team with respect. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities Perform residential and/or commercial cleaning services Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas Empty trash and replace liners Use cleaning products and equipment properly Communicate professionally with clients and team members Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail Requirements Reliable transportation to job locations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and time management Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Cleaning experience preferred but not required — we provide paid training What We Offer Competitive pay: $20-$22/hr , based on experience Paid training Flexible scheduling Opportunities for raises Supportive, team-oriented work environment ALL cleaning supplies and equipment provided
