36 hrs/week About the Role We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented custodian to maintain cleanliness at a high-volume automotive dealership (Toyota and Kia) in Waukegan, IL. This is an evening position servicing the showroom, offices, restrooms, and break rooms. Nightly Responsibilities Sweep, mop, and clean showroom and office floors Vacuum all carpeted areas Clean and disinfect all restrooms; restock supplies Empty trash and transport to dumpster area Wipe down break rooms, appliances, and sinks Clean interior windows, glass doors, and remove smudges Wipe down high-touch surfaces (handles, light switches) Clean customer waiting area and parts counter Spot mop spills and report facility concerns to management Weekly Responsibilities Deep clean restroom tile and grout Dust vents, light fixtures, and overhead surfaces Vacuum upholstered furniture in waiting area Empty and wipe down refrigerators Deep mop hard surface floors in office areas Requirements Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail Previous janitorial experience preferred Must pass a background check What We Provide All cleaning equipment and supplies (mops, microfiber supplies, backpack vacuum, etc.) Apply directly through Indeed or jobs@skywardbuildingservices.com, or message or call us at (224)500-9295
