Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors using appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards across all surfaces and areas. Conduct laundry services such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items as needed. Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas by disinfecting surfaces and managing waste disposal efficiently. Be able to lift up 25 lbs or equipment safely during deep cleaning or moving tasks. Manage outdoor work responsibilities including patio/yard or window cleaning to uphold overall property appearance. Climb stairs. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service throughout each visit. Driver license required. Be able to do checklist and work with apps Experience Proven janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings demonstrating familiarity with cleaning procedures and equipment. Hands-on experience with carpet cleaning, floor care including polishing and stripping, and surface sanitation techniques. Knowledge of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper handling of cleaning supplies for different surfaces. Strong time management skills to efficiently complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling, outdoor work, and prolonged standing or walking. Prior experience in housekeeping management or client communication is advantageous for delivering personalized service. Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
