We are looking for a customer facing, hard-working, dedicated team player to join our team of carpet cleaning technicians. Experience cleaning carpet is not required, we will train you. However, a friendly, welcoming, service-minded approach to customer service is needed for this position. Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a welcoming, friendly, "How can I help you" attitude
• Address customer concerns in a respectful/polite manner
• In home carpet and furniture cleaning (requires lifting and moving of furniture)
• In plant rug and furniture cleaning
• Pick-up/delivery of customer rugs and furniture Requirements
• Punctuality
• Customer Service skills (communicate politely & effectively with our customers)
• Positive, "can do" attitude

• Valid drivers license with insurable driving record.
• Able to drive a full size work van

Physical Requirements:

• able to lift 50 lbs; able to kneel, crawl, squat, stand and walk for extended periods of time, able to reach above head/shoulders continuously Experience is not required, but will be considered

Compensation:

• Starting Wage between $18/hr
• $22/hr based on experience
• Paid time Off
• Paid training period Current Opening for (2)

Full Time Hours:

M-F 8am-5pm

Sat:

8am-12pm.
