Cleaner/Spotter

The Cleaner/Spotter of an Environmentally Friendly Lapels Plant is responsible for ensuring the overall production quality and profitability of garment cleaning. We typically look for a Cleaner/Spotter with three (3) years of industry experience, who not only has prior knowledge of running a Dry Cleaning Plant but is also open-minded to seeing the benefits of using the Lapels program and systems of production. At Lapels, a Cleaner/Spotter will daily be responsible for such items as: Professional Spotting - including recognizing the type of stain and either pre-spotting or post spotting that garment Running dry cleaning loads Finishing of garments Overseeing finishers & pressers to ensure quality work at profitable production levels Overall control of work Sorting of garments to proper stations throughout Plant Previous experience working as a cleaner/spotter, cleaner, housekeeper, custodian, or in general labor please apply! REQUIREMENTS

Experience working in a fast paced environment similar to farming, industrial, or manufacturing labor Flexible hours including Saturdays Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle client's garment with care Good hand/eye coordination and the ability to physically manipulate the pressing equipment. Previous pressing experience preferred, but not required and must be 18 or older.
