Club Janitorial Attendant

Job Summary:

Morning Facilities Custodian The Morning Facilities Custodian is responsible for ensuring the clubhouse and its surrounding facilities are pristine, sanitized, and "member-ready" before daily operations begin. This role focuses on deep cleaning and staging of the locker rooms, banquet areas, offices, and food and beverage outlets to maintain the club's high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities Sanitization & Restocking:

Perform deep cleaning of all restrooms and locker rooms. Scrub and sanitize toilets, showers, and sinks; polish mirrors; and ensure all guest amenities and paper products are fully stocked.

Event & Public Space Maintenance:

Vacuum, dust, and tidy the banquet facility, conference rooms, and pro shop area. Ensure furniture is properly aligned and glass surfaces are streak-free.

Administrative & Office Care:

Empty all trash and recycling bins throughout the offices and pro shop. Dust workstations and electronics with care to maintain a professional work environment.

F&B Environmental Support:

Sweep and mop floors in the kitchen and bar areas using appropriate degreasers. Sanitize high-touch surfaces and ensure trash is removed to the main dumpsters.

Safety & Compliance:

Follow all safety protocols regarding the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to management immediately.

Requirements Reliability:

Proven track record of punctuality, specifically for early morning shifts ( 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM ).

Detail-Oriented:

An "eye for the small things" and a commitment to maintaining a high-end club aesthetic.

Physicality:

Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs, as well as handle repetitive cleaning motions for the duration of the shift.

Autonomy:

Ability to work independently and follow a detailed opening checklist without direct supervision.

Professionalism:

A quiet, professional presence and a friendly demeanor if encountering early-arriving members or staff.
