A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Responsibilities Deliver cleaning supplies, equipment, and other materials to customer locations Assist Area Managers and cleaning teams with daily operational needs Provide cleaning coverage at customer facilities when staffing support is needed Travel between commercial facilities throughout the Indianapolis area Maintain clear communication with supervisors, managers, and fellow team members Help maintain company quality standards and customer satisfaction Safely transport cleaning equipment and supplies between locations Complete assigned tasks while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Qualifications Successful candidates should possess the following qualifications: Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, customer service, or operations experience is preferred but not required Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle Current automobile insurance Excellent attendance and reliability Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while adapting to changing priorities Comfortable traveling throughout the Indianapolis area during the workday Ability to lift and transport cleaning equipment and supplies as needed Why Join Clean Team?
