About the Job Clean Team Inc. is looking for dependable, motivated, and flexible people to join our team as Operations Support Technicians. This job is different every day. You'll travel to customer locations, deliver supplies, help cleaning teams, and fill in when extra support is needed. If you like staying busy, working independently, and helping others, this could be a great fit for you. What You'll Do As an Operations Support Technician, you will: Deliver cleaning supplies and equipment to customer locations Help Area Managers and cleaning teams with daily tasks Fill in and clean at customer locations when needed Travel to commercial buildings throughout the Indianapolis area Communicate with supervisors and team members throughout the day Help provide great service to our customers Safely transport cleaning supplies and equipment Complete your work with a positive attitude and attention to detail What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should: Have commercial cleaning, janitorial, customer service, or related experience (preferred, but not required) Have a valid driver's license Have a reliable personal vehicle Have current auto insurance Be dependable and arrive to work on time Communicate well with others Be able to work on your own and adjust to changing tasks Be comfortable driving to different locations during your shift Be able to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies when needed Why Work at Clean Team?
