Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Part Time 8hs a week Janitorial Worker to maintain cleanliness and safety across our facilities. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a pristine, welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding high standards of hygiene. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a clean, safe, and well-maintained workspace that promotes productivity and well-being. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all areas of the facility Maintain floors through buffing, polishing, and proper care techniques to ensure a professional appearance Conduct industrial cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning of restrooms, and common areas with appropriate equipment and supplies Use commercial cleaning tools and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Support floor care procedures by stripping, waxing, or sealing surfaces as needed for optimal durability and appearance Ensure all cleaning tasks comply with health and safety standards to create a safe environment for everyone Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care such as buffing and polishing Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is preferred Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Prior porter experience will be considered an asset Join us in creating a spotless environment where safety meets excellence!
