A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

This full-time, year-round position plays a vital role in ensuring that our school buildings and grounds remain clean, safe, and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors. Custodians work both independently and as part of a team to complete daily cleaning tasks, assist with event setups, and support school operations. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, shows attention to detail, and maintains a positive attitude.
