Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

As a Site Manager at Clean Team you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your assigned site. We are currently looking for an exempt, salaried Site Manager in the Fort Wayne / Auburn IN market. You will fit in at Clean Team if: You are devoted to providing our customers with the highest quality service You are hardworking, a gracious team member and can get down to the nitty gritty You can strategically plan by utilizing all resources and delegate duties for your account You are looking for an opportunity to work independently utilizing your leadership skills You are dedicated to developing and leading a team of your own We rely on our Site Managers to: Oversee multiple buildings, monitor the quality of services provided to customer with a sense of urgency to maintain customer retention Train and lead a team of Cleaning Associates - with a keen focus on employee development and retention Control labor and supply costs Identify areas where further training is necessary to develop and retain our cleaners. Manage consistency of Janitorial Closet organization, coordinate cleaning supply orders and ensure each building is adequately stocked Work together with your team and upper management to provide effective communication Manage your time and prioritize a weekly agenda, while flexing daily to changing customer needs
