Job Description
In this role, you can expect to: Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service Typically work evenings and some weekends (approximately 32-40 hours per week) Keep the lot clean and assisting professional drivers Assist Professional Drivers who use our Reserve-It parking program with arrival, parking and general information Maintains Parking Lot cleanliness, and Fuel Island cleanliness when not assisting with Reserve-It functions. Follows the proper customer service sequence as outlined in the Operation Manuals. Prioritize your work according to the customer and management needs Know and follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations caused by employees and customers Establish strong communication and rapport with management team and co-workers Contribute to store cleanliness and stocking walk-in cooler Help maintain shower cleanliness for professional drivers What we'd like to see: A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team! A great work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays A valid driver's license
