WE LOVE OUR WORK.

Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. Responsible for the breaking down and cleaning of bar outlets; cleans reach-ins, beer and keg coolers, elevators, and wine containers. Cleans service stations, including drains, counters, guns, ice bins, boots, speed racks, EDi's, and syrup containers. Checks and maintains the required bar stock; maintains cleanliness and order in assigned station. Responsible for removing trash and disposing of all boxes. Obtains replacement stock from the warehouse inventory in accordance with established procedures; maintains stockroom cleanliness. Assists bartender in providing maximum efficiency and service levels by retrieving guests' special requests, and during busy times, icing drink glasses and pouring non-alcoholic drinks. Cleans glass washer and drains; maintains equipment (e.g., blenders, mixers, etc.). Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
