Sparkle & Shine Janitorial Services is hiring a reliable Field Manager to help manage field operations, train new hires, fill-in at accounts and complete other assigned duties. Candidate must have strip & wax experience and have a clean background for 30 years. Candidates who do not meet this criteria will not be considered as this role requires both.

Requirements:

Must pass 30+ year background check and drug test Prior cleaning experience

Must be dependable and able to work independently Able to work additional hours as needed Schedule 35-40 hours weekly Monday-Friday evenings starting 5:00 PM Must be flexible for extra hours (call-offs, PTO, occasional weekends) What You'll Do Report to the office evening at 5:00 to receive the nightly schdeule Fill in at multiple locations when employees are out (vacuuming, mopping, restrooms, trash, etc.) Manage call-offs and ensure all buildings are covered Inspect buildings and ensure quality standards are met Train new team members Conduct employee reviews, write-ups, hiring and termination conversations Complete specialty work (carpet cleaning, floor care, windows) Complete strip & wax services About Us Sparkle & Shine is a family-owned commercial cleaning company with 35+ years in business and 165+ clients across multiple industries. Pay:
