Job Summary Patterson Clean Living Services is looking for cleaners that can start work around 7:30 am. As a Cleaner at Patterson Clean Living Services LLC, your responsibility would be to assist the team with the cleaning and disinfecting of the client's facility. We are looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn and grow with the company, and has a cheerful outlook. The office number is 260-458-9148. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and ensuring sanitary conditions. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Carry out industrial cleaning duties as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Requirements Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred. Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus. Familiarity with residential painting techniques is beneficial but not required. Ability to perform buffing and floor care tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing manual labor for extended periods. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
