Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Short-Term Rental Cleaner to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing a short-term rental property to ensure they are spotless, welcoming, and ready for new guests. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize rental units between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and spot cleaning as needed. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to ensure freshness for each guest. Restock supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, kitchen essentials, and linens to maintain a fully equipped space. Conduct visual inspections to identify maintenance issues or damages that require attention or reporting. Maintain high standards of sanitation by adhering to health guidelines and safety protocols during all cleaning activities. Provide excellent customer service by promptly and professionally addressing guest requests on-site or via communication. Experience Previous experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services is highly preferred. Experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning environments is a strong advantage. Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuum cleaners. Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining hygienic spaces. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Basic understanding of laundry procedures and handling delicate fabrics.
