Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Office Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within office spaces, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong cleaning skills, relevant janitorial experience, and a commitment to quality service. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal in office areas. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, breakroom, common areas, offices and conference rooms according to established standards. Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively. Conduct floor care procedures such as buffing and polishing to preserve flooring quality. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly. Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial cleaning environments preferred. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and floor scrubbers. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently while adhering to safety standards.
