Monday-Friday No Nights No Weekends Paid Training All Professional Cleaning Supplies & Equipment Provided Responsibilities Perform detailed residential cleaning services using Maid Eco Clean's professional cleaning system. Deep Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other household spaces to company standards. Safely use professional cleaning products and equipment. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality. Communicate professionally with clients and team members. Arrive on time and ready to work each day. Qualifications Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation. Ability to pass a background check. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Dependable, honest, and self-motivated. Positive attitude with excellent work ethic. Professional appearance and strong customer service skills. Employees must have their own reliable vehicle and be able to travel to and between client homes. In return, our cleaners receive generous percentage of the total price of every job they clean + 100% of their tips. We also provide all cleaning supplies, products, and equipment at no cost to the cleaner. Our cleaners are paid based on the value of the work they perform rather than a low hourly wage, and our typical client-to-client travel time is only 10-25 minutes maximum.
