Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to maintain high standards of cleanliness Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures efficiently across all areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and precision Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment safely to ensure effective cleaning while adhering to safety protocols Maintain floor care by cleaning carpets, hardwoods, tiles, and outdoor surfaces as needed to keep all flooring pristine Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely and effectively Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning service Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management, including janitorial or custodial work preferred Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor cleaning techniques, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work experience beneficial Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and other janitorial tools Ability to implement proper sanitation practices and use cleaning detergents safely Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their expectations Physical capability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking during shifts Prior experience in residential housekeeping or related fields is advantageous This role is paid and offers a fulfilling opportunity to make a tangible difference in clients' lives through exceptional cleanliness.
