You'll work with a crew providing professional exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities Window cleaning House washing and soft washing Gutter cleaning Pressure washing Setting up and putting away equipment Using ladders and exterior cleaning equipment safely Protecting customers' homes, landscaping, and property Maintaining a clean and professional appearance Providing great customer service What We're Looking For Reliable and on time Hard-working and motivated Willing to learn Comfortable working outside in different weather conditions Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Able to follow directions and work well with a team Takes pride in doing quality work Professional and respectful around customers Previous exterior cleaning, landscaping, construction, or similar experience is a plus, but not required Pay & Opportunities Hourly pay + performance-based commission Earn more by being productive and providing quality work Opportunities for raises and increased responsibility Paid training Part-time and full-time opportunities available The harder you work and the better you perform, the more you can earn.
