Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Window Cleaning Technician, where your energy and attention to detail will shine! Whether you're seeking full-time or part-time work, this role offers an exciting opportunity to provide top-tier window cleaning services for residential and commercial clients. You'll be instrumental in transforming spaces by delivering sparkling, streak-free windows using a variety of professional techniques and equipment. This paid position is perfect for those passionate about cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform storefront window cleaning using traditional squeegee methods to achieve crystal-clear results. Operate pressure washers safely for exterior window cleaning on various building types. Conduct interior and exterior residential window cleaning, ensuring streak-free finishes and spotless glass surfaces. Clean skylights, high-rise building windows, and other hard-to-reach areas with precision and care. Apply personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly during all tasks to maintain a safe work environment. Skills Experience with storefront window cleaning and the use of pressure washers for efficient exterior cleaning. Proficient in traditional squeegee window cleaning methods for streak-free results. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices, including the operation of scissor lifts and other specialized equipment. ETC Job starts between $15-$17hr and goes up with a cap of $25hr. Early Morning shift. Mon-Friday only. All weekends off. Most federal holidays off paid. OTJ training, no experience necessary. Position starts as a helper and will transform into Lead role. Additional bonus oppertunites available. Must be willing to travel to meet with our lead techs in Kokomo or Peru.
