A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
We're searching for someone who is a self starter, can manage themselves, and complete assigned work without requiring supervision. This position is for the Linton BMV branch and is available immediately. Applicants must apply at www.camachojanitorial.com Pay is $30.00 per cleaning; 2 times weekly, usually Tuesday and Thursday. Normally between 1 to 1 1/2 hours per cleaning. Must pass a drug screen and background check. Primary duties include cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etc. Clean and sanitize restrooms using established procedures. Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. Attend safety meetings and other related meetings. Perform other job related duties as required.
