A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

This is Project Person Position is at part-time position averaging 20-30hrs weekly. Job Duties Power Washing Window washing Carpet cleaning. Stripping and Waxing floors Experienced Power washing, floor scrubbers, and any other equipment pertaining to this position. Knowledge and use of commercial cleaning chemicals. Respond positively and promptly to customer work orders. Work effectively with other team members. Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time & attendance, and uniform policies. Safely Operate and maintain all equipment Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor. At least 1-3 years' experience for this position Qualifications Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility. Must have ability to work independently and as a team member. Must care about quality. Must be detailed oriented and work at an efficient pace. Must be reliable. Able to lift up to 35 lbs. or more Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
