Team Member Bouncyland is now hiring motivated, energetic, and dependable team members to help create a safe, fun, and clean environment for children and families! We are looking for team members who are professional, active, customer-focused, and comfortable enforcing rules while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Supervise inflatable and play areas to ensure guest safety Enforce company safety rules and policies with children and parents Professionally confront customers when rules are not being followed Assist with cleaning and sanitizing bounce houses and attractions Climb inside inflatables and physically clean equipment Help maintain a clean and organized facility Restock supplies and assist other departments as needed Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism Maintain cleaning operations Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Reliable transportation required Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic Must be able to lift, bend, climb, and work in active environments Must be comfortable working inside bounce houses and inflatable attractions Must be willing to work in one of our four operational areas All team members are cross-trained in multiple areas of the facility (Excluding Front Desk and Kitchen) Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment Must be dependable and willing to help wherever needed Dress Code & Policies Jeans or appropriate shorts required Company shirt required ($10.70 employee cost) No gauges, facial piercings, or nose rings Clear nose studs are permitted Direct deposit required (bank account needed) Employees must bring their own lock for lockers At Bouncyland, we value teamwork, professionalism, and creating memorable experiences for families.
