BUILDING AND GROUNDS PART-TIME WORK

We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The person will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining room, and public areas.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

: - 1+ year's janitorial experience Work effectively, collaboratively, and positively with others. Carry out work with little or no direction. Strong attention to detail Follow directions, learn, and follow all safety standards and procedures. - Follow all rules governing conduct in the workplace.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

In order to effectively perform the essential functions of this role, the employee will be required to meet physical demands. Such demands include but are not limited to Lifting, bending, twisting, crouching, kneeling, and climbing heights (such as the use of ladders). Responsibilities may require work in close quarters, crawl spaces, small rooms, and narrow aisles. Attendance is an essential function of the job, which will be flexible based on need. Evening, night, and weekend work may be required as duties and activities demand.
