A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

Are you experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented? We're looking for meticulous cleaners to maintain our high standards in vacation rentals.

Requirements:

Availability:

Must be willing to travel all over Brown County, Nashville, Morgantown, Bloomington, Freetown, Nineveh and Story. Must be able to be available seven days a week between the hours of 10:30 AM and 4:30 PM including holidays.

Experience Necessary:

Prior cleaning experience required. Attention to

Detail:

Must be thorough and precise.

Reliable:

Consistent and dependable attendance.

Meticulous:

High standards of cleanliness.

Exterior Work:

Some outdoor tasks including hot tub maintenance.

Flexible Schedule:

Must work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Team Player:

Excellent communication with team and on online platforms.

Transportation:

Reliable transportation required.

Neat Appearance:

Professional presentation is essential.
