The positions are based in various locations across the country and offer an opportunity to be part of a professional cleaning team that values integrity and attention to detail. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to maintain cleanliness standards. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, polishing, and carpet cleaning. Restock supplies and ensure restrooms and common areas are hygienic. Maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Support special cleaning projects as needed. Assist with minor repairs or touch-ups when required. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service. Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment. Ability to operate floor care machinery such as buffers. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills. Prior experience with residential painting or facility maintenance is a plus.
