What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Job Responsibilities Cleaning newly built homes before homeowner move-in Removing dust, debris, and construction residue Cleaning windows, floors, baseboards, kitchens, and bathrooms Detailed final cleans to prepare homes for inspection or closing Loading/unloading cleaning supplies and equipment Schedule Hours will vary week to week depending on available jobs Some weeks may be full-time hours, while others may be lighter Work is scheduled in advance when possible Pay Starting at $16/hour (based on experience) Requirements Must have a valid driver's license Reliable transportation to job sites. Ability to perform physical work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods) Attention to detail is a must Cleaning or construction experience preferred, but willing to train the right person Must be dependable and able to work independently or with a team What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Is dependable and shows up ready to work Is flexible with scheduling Takes pride in making homes look spotless Wants to grow with a company as we expand this service Location Work is throughout the Fort Wayne area , with our shop based in New Haven, IN .
