What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

BrightSide Exteriors is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in delivering quality work, and aren't afraid of heights, we'd love to meet you. Job Responsibilities Residential and commercial window cleaning House washing (soft washing) Pressure washing driveways, patios, sidewalks, and other exterior surfaces Gutter cleaning Seasonal Christmas light installation and removal Safely operating ladders, lifts, and professional cleaning equipment Driving company vehicles to and from job sites Providing exceptional customer service and representing the company professionally Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable working at heights and using ladders daily Able to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Reliable, punctual, and dependable Must pass a criminal background check (no felony convictions) Previous window cleaning or exterior cleaning experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
