We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Specialist to join our team and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning, while we also welcome applicants with additional skills in carpet cleaning and floor stripping and refinishing (not required, but but highly valued). This is a paid position suitable for individuals committed to providing exceptional cleaning services. Responsibilities Must be 18 years +. Can work as a team and meet standard requirements. Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites. Perform routine cleaning duties in commercial settings, including but not limited to: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to maintain cleanliness standards across different areas. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly, adhering to company protocols. Maintain a safe work environment by following safety guidelines and using personal protective equipment as required. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Able to utilize company systems appropriately. Background checks may be required. Experience Prior experience in commercial cleaning is required. Knowledge/experience of carpet cleaning techniques and floor refinishing is a bonus, but not required. Ability to operate various cleaning machinery and tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
